The one-paragraph version
Buy a radio, not a drone. Put twenty hours into a simulator before you spend anything else. Then a cheap whoop indoors, then a 5" — bought or built. Learn to solder before you learn to tune. Everything else is detail, and the detail is in the notes above.
Airspace rules are local, they change, and they are your responsibility. In India that means DGCA and the Digital Sky portal; elsewhere it is someone else. Check the current rules yourself — do not take a note written months ago, including this one, as authority.
